Privacy Policy

By registering for this Congress, you (the delegate) agree that your personal data will be processed for registration and handling purposes, as well as to send you information in connection with the congress or one of its sponsors. Any personal data will solely be used in accordance with current EU data protection legislation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the delegate’s written consent. If you do not submit the data indicated as “required”, we cannot complete your registration.

Cookies

On 11th of March 2015, the long anticipated new cookie rules came into force in the Netherlands. The new rules are an amendment of the existing cookie legislation and provide – inter alia – for a more lenient regime for the use of analytic cookies with a low privacy risk. Immediately following the introduction, the primary Dutch regulator (ACM) announced that it will pro-actively enforce the new cookie rules. Companies are advised to assess to what extent these (broad) rules apply to their websites, apps and devices and how they can benefit from the amendments.

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the organising is not responsible for loss of monies incurred by delegates. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance and travel insurance. A condition of registration is that delegates acknowledge that they will not hold the organising committee or its contractors responsible whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property of participants however caused or arising.
